Legal teams spend much of their time re-reviewing standard contracts. This template turns your own review checklist (payment terms, liability for breach, IP, confidentiality, dispute resolution and so on) into a rule base, compares it clause by clause against the contract text, and flags missing, deviating and high-risk wording.
Each risk item gives the clause location, risk level, suggested replacement text and the internal rule or statute it is based on. The review can be exported directly as an annotated Word document, so legal only needs to verify rather than read from scratch.
