Terms of service

Last updated: September 12, 2026

By accessing the Apolla AI websites ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Nature of the site

The site presents Apolla AI's products and services, publishes industry insights and lets you book a consulting workshop or download resources. Its content is for general information only and does not constitute a quotation, commitment or contractual offer; actual services are governed by a separate written agreement.

Copyright

All content on the site—text, graphics, architecture diagrams, agent template descriptions, whitepapers, videos, page design and arrangement—is owned by Apolla AI or its licensors unless otherwise stated. "Apolla", "Apolla AI" and "Apolla AI Studio" are our marks. Third-party products and marks mentioned (such as Dify, WeCom or Feishu) belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe compatibility or partnership.

License to use

You may browse the site, download or print a reasonable number of copies for personal study or internal evaluation, quote parts of our articles (up to one third) with attribution and a link to the source, and use downloaded whitepapers within your organization. Without our prior written consent you may not reproduce or mirror content at scale, republish it commercially, alter it and distribute it under our name, scrape the site with automated tools beyond normal search-engine and AI-assistant indexing permitted by robots.txt, or interfere with the site's operation or security measures.

Information you submit

Information you submit through forms must be truthful and lawful, and you are responsible for it. How we handle it is described in the Privacy policy.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is". We strive for accuracy but make no express or implied warranty of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Industry statistics are attributed to their original sources, and results described in customer case studies come from specific project environments and do not guarantee the same outcome elsewhere. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the site.

External links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before the competent people's court at Apolla AI's domicile. Users of the global site retain any rights granted by mandatory local law.

Changes

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes and will publish updates here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
