Privacy policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Apolla AI ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Apolla websites (apolla.cn and apolla.ai), how we use and store it, and the rights you have.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to respond to your request. The workshop booking form has five fields: name, company, job title, email or phone number, and a short description of the scenario you want to solve. The whitepaper download form has two fields: email and company. Both forms also record the submission time, the source page, the page language and the region (China or global). With your consent (global site) or unless you opt out (China site), we also collect anonymized usage analytics such as page paths, referrer type, device type and approximate region; we do not collect names, emails or full IP addresses through analytics.

How we use it

We use your data to respond to workshop and whitepaper requests within the promised time, to send you the download link you asked for, to improve the website based on aggregated analytics, and to monitor site health. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

Where it is stored

Data submitted on the China site is stored in databases located in mainland China; data submitted on the global site is stored in databases outside China. The two databases are fully independent and are never synchronized across borders.

Retention

Form submissions are kept for 24 months and then deleted or anonymized; aggregated analytics for 12 months; server and security logs for 90 days. You may ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

Third parties

We never sell your data. To operate the site we rely on: WeCom / Feishu for internal lead notifications (form fields only), a self-hosted PostHog instance (or PostHog Cloud EU on the global site) for anonymized analytics, Sentry for error monitoring without form contents, and Aliyun Captcha (China site) or Cloudflare Turnstile (global site) for bot protection.

Cookies

We use a small set of essential local-storage keys and, only after consent, analytics cookies. See the Cookie policy for details and how to change your choice.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Email privacy@apolla.ai, stating which site you used and your contact details; we reply within 15 working days and may verify your identity first.

Children

This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. Updates are published on this page with a new "last updated" date, and material changes are announced prominently on the site.
