Launch materials for a new SKU in 1 week instead of 3, zero rework from advertising-law review

FMCG group: marketing content and compliance review Agents that cut the launch cycle to a week

Challenge

The group's dozen or so brands launch hundreds of SKUs a year. Each SKU needs more than ten kinds of material, from e-commerce product pages to short-video scripts and social copy, and all of it goes to legal for review against China's Advertising Law and industry rules. Rounds of revision between marketing and outside agencies meant a launch took 3 weeks on average.

Management wanted the content cycle under a week, with review standards applied at the point of creation rather than at the end.

Approach

With the brand book and compliance checklist as constraints, we launched a content generation Agent and a compliance pre-check Agent inside the content collaboration platform the marketing team already used.

  • Content generation: multi-channel first drafts from product data and the brand voice, automatically fitted to each platform's length and format
  • Compliance pre-check: every sentence is checked against the Advertising Law, industry rules and the group's banned-word list, with risks marked and compliant rewrites suggested
  • Asset library: past materials and review comments are stored, and generation draws on high-converting copy from the same category
  • Legal reviews only the items the Agent marks high risk and spot-checks the rest

Architecture highlights

Brand voice is constrained by both an example set and rules. The compliance word list and regulation library are updated monthly with traceable versions. All generated content carries watermark-style metadata so its origin can be audited.

Customer feedback

Compliance is no longer the last gate. It starts with the first line of copy.
